    joint supp ......

Hi , i currently take iforce joint help and e pharm joint force (I also take fish oil and OT) , i have some pain in my elbow , this is no't a tendonitis , this is because I have train a lot recently.

I take this two supp since last week and my pain is from two weeks ago.

When I take the two product the pain almost stop , now I wonder if this is safe to train something like chest if I don't feel the pain during training? I have no't train my upper body since two weeks , I do a lot of foam roller and stretch.

My only concern is to know If when I stop taking these two the pain is coming back because I don't really use product like these the rest of the time so I don't know the real effect.

    thanx

Likely your best bet is to drop the weight and see how the pain is. If the movement is causing the pain irregardless of the weight on the bar, then it might be a good idea to get it checked out. Have you used any ibuprofen for inflammation? What movements in particular are causing the pain?

thanx for your answer. No ibuprofen or anything just joint help and joint force. My pain is from a muscular imbalance in my forearm , i'm working on it so the pain should go away , but my tendon hurt a little because the muscle imbalance have put a lot of tension on my tendon. I know this is no't a tendonitis because of medical test.

No movements in particular cause pain , upper body movement in general , my concern is I have try the e pharm joint force three day ago , and i'm almost pain free since two days , so I really wonder if this is safe to take product like that ?because I feel like I can train my upper body but in reality I may cause more damage. I don't think i'm gonna hit the gym for upper body next week , so three week without upper body to let my arm recover.

    sorry for the broke english

Do you really think that using any type of anti-inflammatory or pain treatment instantly healed your elbow and it's somehow more healthy now than it would be without? Would you train today if you didn't have pain relief and your elbow hurt like hell?

No my elbow have never hurt " like hell ". I know my elbow is no't instantly healed, but supp like that " help " with pain , my main concern is to know if they help in long term or just mask the pain?

the pain probably will come back when you stop taking the joint supplement. Much like pain from an injury returns once your advil/aleve/tylenol (or whatever goodies you have that are stronger) wears off

OP, I suggest you lift a bit lighter and take it easier in the gym until you fully heal up as you say you are training a lot and thus could be overloading yourself (pushing/pulling too much weight) or possibly not having the correct form while lifting and thus hurting yourself.

Glucosamine will relieve pain but it'll take a significant amount of time to work, just like any joint supplement i believe.

consistency is key in bodybuilding. i believe the same thing with supplementation of products.
