Is anyone taking pictures each week to track progress? I am trying to make a progress collage - it really helps with motivation.

Anyone bold enough to post a progress shot?

    Train hard everyone!

I ain't skeered! Challenge accepted..... ( can we post them here... I know there is a picture posting thread for this ) If we can post them here, I will. Not afraid to show my progress.
I have taken a few pics here and there, but nothing great. Even the one I will show for this call out is just a crappy mirror pic with my phone. Saving the best for last!

Bold I may have been by showing part of my hand at this point, but I use it also as a tool for my own judgement. I still have plenty of time for improvement. I'm seeing improvements all the time. The timing of this couldn't have been better for me because I'm actually 5 months into my transformation, meaning I have lost all the initial huge amounts of water weight. Now all my improvements may be harder to come by but they are much more noticable. Now if I could only speed up the shrinkage of the loose skin in the gut area......

If any of you have been sleeping thru the first 9-10 weeks here...... wake the hell up! If you have been busting your butt and giving it all you have.... see you at the finish line!

Kicking in the diet hardcore now for the rest of the contest. I added a ton of strength now time to focus on removing this layer of orca fat.

Last weeks training and dieting went a little better than expected. Workouts got a little surge of intensity, which was welcomed. About where I was last year at this time on the scale now. Looking better though. Time to push on and make the grade for the next 7 weeks.

I reckon I have 10 pounds more to lose, nothing in the way really, except keeping it together.
The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

Was feeling tired today when I woke up but hit the gym anyway, I guess the atmosphere there just kicked in and I had yet another bad ass leg day!

I would like to thank the little m'fer who knocked me down a notch or two while doing dead lifts. I was feeling pretty beastly, pulling up a new PB ( 285 )when the dude in front of me racks up 565..... thanks.
In all seriousness, I'm not upset. I lift at a gym where I am most likely one of the weakest guys around! I know this and thats why I check my ego at the door. I've never been a strong guy, big ( tall and fat....) but never strong, hence the low numbers on my lifts....
OBF 2014 Winter Transformation Challenge 4th Place finish...

Can't think of a good quote to put here.....

You have the right mindset. You are the only one you should be worried about - you are your only competition. Keep grinding!

Just want to see 230's start showing on that scale. One way or the other I'm gonna make it happen before the end of March.
    April 1st weigh in = 239.6 lbs.

Happy I made my goal of under 240 lbs, but thought it would be lower. Good thing we still have 7 weeks left- a lot of time for everyone to make progress.
