Time is flying!
signed up to a new gym. A golds. it my secondary gym for now when I travel but later this year will be my primary. It a lot nicer then my other secondary gym!
DBs go up to 135s. I was taking it easy working up my sets in reps of 10s and got to the 115s pretty easy. Lots of looks considering it was my 7th set.
Ok i need to tweak my carbs down and lose this gut.Used to be fat, now just fat with a lot of muscle.

Hey all am I still in this?
IF so well I am dropping weight woo hooo and trimming up more. My Boyfriend is teaching me a lot. Weekend that's I stay with him I eat his diet for contest prep. I am committed to doing cardio for at least 20 minuetes a day.. But aiming for 45 plus..

I completed my first 5k race March 7th 2010 Arnold Classic in Columbus Ohio (44:49).
Feb 4th, 2011 I came in 6th place of 23 women in the OBF womens transformation challenge!!!

Man... I hate golds gym. Atleast the one down here. Nobody has respect for other users. They always leaving weights all over the place, next to machines walk ways. And scattered on the racks.... the equipment is kinda lame, I like the first one I signed up with. Was clean well organized, people mostly put the weights away, and better equipment... But good luck hope yours is better.

Bring on the DOMS! Went heavy on the legs last night, had a hard time walking due to my right quad going spastic on me and shook/twitched for about 20 minutes after my workout. Even though it was temporary, had the viens poppin' on the quads again. One day I will make the appearance of them permanent. Changed the lifts up again, keeping my body guessing and trying to shock it some more.
Hope everyone had a safe St. Paddy's day.
So we are half way thru this already? Lovin' it!OBF 2014 Winter Transformation Challenge 4th Place finish...

Today was a planned rest day. Took the time and used it as my recoup and meal prep time. Made my meals for the next few days. Also, my wife did some shopping today. Now I have lots of chopped fruit and veggies for my salads!

This evenings session, went pretty good overall, have some new owners at our local Gold's, appears they are cleaning it up but also taking out a lot of equipment making it harder to get everything in.
Incline BB Bench Press:
5 Working sets 8-15 rep range, rest pause on last set
Decline BB Press:
5 Working sets 12-20 rep range, rest pause on last set
Flat BB Bench Press:
5 sets of 8-10 reps, X Wide Grip 5 Count Negatives
Assisted Dips Chest
3 Sets
Seated OH DB Press:
5 Working sets 15-20 Rep Range
Side Lateral DB Raises:
5 Working sets 10-15 Rep range super set w/ 5 Working sets of 5 rep partials at heavier weight
Seated Shoulder Press Machine:
5 Working sets in 12-18 rep range
Rope Pull Downs:
3 Drop sets, 3 drops per set
V-Bar Press Downs:
