Idk man I'm still excited... Cant wait till next competition. I'll have more of a focused goal and planer. Have one now thanks to this competition I'm finally getting back to high school strength, just working on mass is my challenge

Just got back from getting my body fat test earlier..... I managed to ONLY lose 2.6 lbs of lean mass and 19.8 lbs of fat for a final number of ..... 13.4% body fat!!!! Previous reading from Feb. 15th was 20.6%

Big props to the people who started it and came through and finished it! Much respect to those that started it and had to bow out due to something tragic being an injury or personal issues. This was definitely a great learning experience and it was a fun ride. Good luck to everyone

I'm on this boat.... I never really lost my motivation, I've been going strong since October when I made the choice to rebuild and transform. One of the pro trainers saw me today at the gym and (jokingly ) said he was gonna start calling me 10%.... The day after I posted the after pics I left for vacation. My first day back was yesterday and I have to admit my workouts were minimal this past week.
