Had a hard day yesterday, ended up with a splitting headache but went to the gym anyway. I almost hung it up for the night as the headache wasn't getting better, but half way thru my back/bicep workout.... I realized I no longer felt the pounding in my head. Finished mega strong and so glad I stuck it out! I'm crossing my fingers but I did a rare Monday morning step on the scale and I'm down 2 lbs from my Friday weight.... which I had been stuck at for 3 weeks. Plateau busted????? I think YES!
OBF 2014 Winter Transformation Challenge 4th Place finish...
Can't think of a good quote to put here.....

Well, a big wrench was just thrown into my plans for this comp. Ended up in the hospital last night, had to have my appendix removed. Doc says no lifting/gym for 4-6 weeks.
Ill see how i feel after 2-3 weeks though lol. I dont always listen to my docsLEO

Crazy how much weight you can gain in a short amount of time from carbs, sodium. Last weekend I had a bunch of carbs, sodium and gained 10 lbs over the weekend. Took 4 days to drop it back off.Originally Posted by beefcake66
