nice score Mike
Hoping to try those Aging Room sticks this week. Should be interesting as they are Dominican puros.

nice 08 rass ^^^
Thanks guys. I had been looking for more 1966s to stash away and the going rate has moved up to about $600 a box so I got the price quote on the jar as it had been in my sights for awhile. If you factor the cigars at $600 a box then I got the jar for $55 after shipping cost Only a few of those jars floating around and they are priced around 2k so I feel I got a great deal. Im sitting 6 and a half boxes deep on the 1966s so Im expecting some great things from those!
Smoking a casa fuente (orange band) pyramid right now and its an excellent cigar. Expensive but good.** Misc Cigar Crew **

yes sir, what kind of tips would you like? here's my cellar as of April or something. I've added about 6 new jars since
consists mostly of latakia blends, but lately I've been dipping into virginias and VA/Pers
9 year old tin of Penzance, estimated value $3-400
14 year old tin of Frog Morton On The Town, going to open it in a few years when I finish my teaching degree
somewhat hard to find Belgian burley
my pipe lighter, I'll often use this or a zippo when it's windy
my latest purchase, a new Great Dane corn cob and a handful of virginias

Smoked a RP Java Mint on my way to the beach house Friday. Always a pleasant smoke. Only infused cigar I like. I've yet to get a bad one.
Fishing Sunday I smoke this:
Wasn't a fan at all. Draw was tight, kept going out, and uneven burn. Taste wasn't bad but that alone couldn't save against those 3."There are no victims, only volunteers. english or scottish blends are tasty and full of flavour. I recommend Dunhill Standard Mixture or Becks Ol' Limey Bastard if you can find it. if you prefer creamy flavours, try some smooth virginias like Sam Gawith Full Virginia Flake and McClelland 5100. if you like smooth smokes with some hickory and spiciness, try VA/Pers like Escudo, Dunhill 965, Sam Gawith St. James Flake, and Orlik Golden Sliced. if you like smoky campfire flavours, find a heavy latakia blend like Pirate Kake, Frog Morton, or Dunhill Nightcap. there are also burleys, orientals, fire-cured kentucky (my favourite), cavendish, or aromatic blends.
I would avoid aromatics, they are very difficult to nuance flavours from and most often will smoke without any flavour but it will leave a very pleasant room note aroma if that's what you're after.
my top recommendations right now would be the Frog Morton lines and MacBaren's Old Dark Fired*** Misc Cigar Crew ***

Just got a $150 expense check on my desk for work. Question is do I buy a nice box of something or go to the local B&M and pick out a variety of good sticks? Decisions, decisions.
