I have a couple of cigar related question. How long will a cigar last out of a smoker/humidifier (don't know the actual name), and are these a good purchase for a beginner? Thanks in advance

Humidor is what they're called. It depends on your area's climate but I'd say 10 days tops before it becomes too crispy and turns awful

What Mild cigar's are the best? I am new and smoked like 7 in last couple of months and really haven't found a great one. I smoked a CAO gold which is ok. Just curious what you guys thought, I was thinking about buying a "starter pack" from cigar international for mild to medium just to get a bunch a different ones to keep trying. Your thoughts.

^ I give most of my first timer / sit in smokers a Flor de las Antillis by my fathers cigars. Fantastic stick but a solid medium bodied cigar. Pretty inexpensive too. Especially on CAYP and such sites.
