    Bodyweight exercises for legs???

    Any good books out there?

I've heard Overcoming Gravity is a GREAT book for building UPPER BODY strength with bodyweight exercises. But the book ONLY talks about upper body. Any great sources out there that include lower body/legs? I've read You Are Your Own Gym, but I just didn't get the impression that the information I was reading was the "best of the best" which is what I want.

I should mention that I'm going for STRENGTH here, rather than building mass.

    Anybody got anything? Thanks.

    ghetto glute ham raise

pistol squats - although I think there is a strong element of balance here - which tangentially is why I think doing 'stability' exercises on swiss balls and whatnot is such a load of tosh.
