What countries probably have ZERO Miscers?

I'd love for long-time registered users of BB.com to come out of the woodwork and blow my mind away with proof that they are citizens or residents in any of the following countries:

Mongolia

Greenland

North Korea

Nauru (I've actually met someone from this island IRL)


And of course, there's the entire continent of Africa. I imagine 99.99% of all the Miscers on Africa are in South Africa. I'll be pretty surprised if an active Miscer comes out from anywhere else on that continent.
