Bodybuilding is my primary focus, however I have decided to enter a half marathon, just as a one-off challenge.
Does anyone have any experience of combining distance running, with bodybuilding, or any tips/ suggestions that may be of use?
The race is now 6 weeks away, and I have being doing one long run per week to train for it. I started with 5 mile run, and increased it each week, reaching 8 miles this week.
