I bought this BF calculator but I'm uncertain how to read it. I took it a few times and here's the average I go.

read that page, there's a video of where he demonstrates with calipers on how/where to use them. That'll tell you your bodyfat percentage and you can work from there.

I struggled with this when starting, and ultimately realized I was just stalling. Guess and check. Be honest, and estimate what you think your body fat is. Or post a pic on here and have other people give you their estimates. Set your macros based on that, test it for a few weeks and see how your body and lifts respond. Or, if you have access and can afford it, get a hydro test done. All tests have a margin of error, but from what I have heard, those tend to be the most accurate.

You're close to 25%, yet I fail to see how that changes anything..
Realistically you've at least a cut and bulk cycle to go before you're where I imagine you want to be.*Cutting for life crew*

To be as honest and professional as I can: with loose skin like that you would need to have a bod pod done... calipers will not be accurate. Good work though, it looks like you lost a lot of weight. Keep it up!

I don't think it's more accurate then dexascan. I've had a bodpod done before and it put me at 9.8% body fat with not 1 single visible ab. I was at least 15-17% I've also seen people have there's done twice in one week and had pretty differing results. Body fat really is a worthless number if you ask me. You either look lean enough to satisfy yourself or you don't. A number will never change that.

It is completely relative and also depends on fat loss patterns. I cannot tell you how long because it depends when you have the right amount of belly fat so that your abdominals show. This can vary person to person. Personally, I need to be <10% bf to have good looking abs as in my photo.Exercise Physiologist
