coffee creamer sugar free............................The Silent Killer
No brain, no gain.
"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon

20 calories worth of milk in your coffee won't throw you off by much. Consistently track your intake either accounting for or not accounting for the additive and your net weekly gain/loss will remain constant.
For example, I don't track my fish oil in my macros. My TDEE may seem lower (not by much) because I have extra daily calories I don't account for. See what I mean?My Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169516313

Any amount of trans fat is dangerous.
There's nothing wrong with milk (use skim milk if you're really concerned) and sugar in your coffee, just count it.
If you're drinking coffee just for the caffeine and hate it otherwise, consider buying caffeine pills instead.
No, caffeine pills aren't more harmful then coffee.

I've been drinking black coffee for almost two years now... Frankly I prefer it now.
You learn to really appreciate good coffee; not caffeine drowned out by lactose and artificial sweetner.
What I do sometimes is sprinkle in some Saigon Cinnamon or vanilla extract for some added flavoring on occasion. Cinnamon itself is a great additive and has some nice side effects on insulin spikes... Just don't go overboard as too much can have some nasty side effects as well lol.
But as for adding milk, a little won't kill you. Try using whole fat or heavy cream... You won't need as much to lighten the coffee up depending on the roast.Starting weight: 450 Lbs.
