Long story short... Got a hose-job and was banned over a controversial post.
Doesn't look good for a company so decision was made to let him go.

yeah i was aware of the ban. i figured that would be it. hate to see him let go for a questionable ban. oh well, rules are rules.
@TJ, awesome man. you guys are really impressing with customer service. i had a similar situation with another company that sent me the wrong product and the guy was basically like, "oh well just log that" customer service is a biggy for me. there are a few companies i avoid for that reason despite pretty good products.

Its my personal Integrity. Yea I fought IIFF case but our corp office has some eyeballs on us here and brand awareness is a big thing for a ex navy seal. Overall all it is what it is, I wish it wasn't the case it its out of my hands at this point.

I'm with you on that, Customer Service is #1 in my eye...

If they company doesn't care about customers, customers shouldn't care about them.
It's all about brand image/loyalty.

As mentioned here, if there was a mix up and we haven't seen this... There's a PM feature for a reason, I'd assume that having 30k posts you'd know this feature is available if there was a mix up. Especially when Casey was let go and this thread got lost in the process. I assure you that by taking the proper actions and PMing one of us with your concerns we'd be more than happy to get to the bottom of the problem and update you/fix the situation.

I also fail to see how "receiving free product" in any respect is being dicked around, but then again that's just me.

You've not been ignored Ive passed along the information. I'm as frustrated as you about the issues. I have no control in the matter up and to this point. I shut this thread down for this reason and did not require logs. Your still walking away with two great products even if they are not the ones you were promised.
