    looks great but dont lock the knees out.. serious problems can happen, depth is good and neutral spine but dont lock out

    First of all, you need to squat in a rack.

    Drive your head into the bar, keep your back tight, you have a buttwink at the bottom, widen your stance and turn your feet outwards so your knees don't buckle.

    I was taught your heels had to be grounded and your toes should be able to wiggle. I noticed your toes were grounded and your heels were shifting.

    Not a great angle.

    Depth looked fine.

    Try to sit back more at the start.

    Your knees were breaking in and your feet were rolling in. Try and focus on pushing your knees out.

    totally disagree with this, his stance is fine. do not move out your feet out it will only cause you to lose flexibility.
