i just did a burpees and KB swing workout

30 sec burpees, 30 sec rest, 30 sec 35lb KB swings, 30 sec rest,

repeat for 3 rounds

I'm looking for a new pre-workout complex. For pump extreme and beta-cret, Can you mix them? Do they work together? (like 1 scoop of each) Looking at the ingredients, there are some similarities, but it looks like Promera Sports could of put these two into one to create one complex and effective pre-workout(but obviously not adding the caffeine together from 2 scoops of each, because that would be around 800mg of caffeine and might kill someone, haha)

I sometimes mix pump and beta-crete but prefer 2 scoops of pump..Either way, a great PWO..

Yeah some people prefer mixing them together. Our rep manager Steven does it and says it works really good. I have a low caffeine tolerance though so I would never do 2 scoops of a pre workout.

*2 scoops of the pre workout only has about ~425-450 mg of caffeine btw so nothing would happen from that.
