For example; I'm on a calorie deficit diet, I hit my macros/calories and meals everyday. Sometimes I get busy and miss a meal, so what I usually do; I add that missed meal to my meals for tomorrow.
What you guys do? thoughts?

I don’t trust myself to work off weekly macros. Doing it daily keeps me honest. If I went off weekly, I'd probably end up with very few calories on the last few days. In before brb willpower. I have an unnatural appetite.
So daily but I'm sure weekly makes sense for the vast majority of people.You're nuts, man. And I can't help you. Probably because I'm just a simple dude!

Whether on IF or not, as far as my TDEE goes and in keeping with not trying to blow up into obesity, I am never full.
Edit: Always been a big eater. Got up to 260lbs (was obese) at 6' in high school even while playing football. Could consume 8-10k a day easy forever.You're nuts, man. And I can't help you. Probably because I'm just a simple dude!

Mostly go by daily since it's easy to lose track over the week, but I do keep the grand scheme of things in mind and don't stress about one day being off.
