    flexible dieting for clients

Hey guys, im wondering how people use flexible dieting or IIFYM for clients. Iv tried it before with people and most just dont get the hang of MyFitnessPal and aren't bothered tracking the calories. The ones that are bothered dont need me once I tell them what macros to aim for. Just wondering how people use flexible dieting for clients to keep them coming back to them.

The food strategy is never what maintains a clientele. As you rightfully say, once it's learned.. it's learned. The exercise program is what keeps them returning. It's the one thing they truly feel they may not do as well on their own.
