I have been taking the prework out called bullnox andro rush , it's been really good , but interested in something better. Anyone know anything way better?

For me:
White flood reborn- great taste, energy and focus is just right with 1 scoop. And the endurance is great with beta alanine and tmg.
Neurosurge 2.0-When I just want a more intense focus along with ample energy. With .5 scoop being 150mg caffeine.

Bullnox is a pretty good pre. I like the test boosting ingredients along with a decent pre workout. Plush t taste pretty good.

Volatile is a really good pre workout. The company is actually based out Ga to. It has 135 mg of caffeine, agmatine and other good pump ingredients. It also has lactic acid buffering ingredients and two good creatines.

Another good product which is a little more stimulated then volatile is C4. Its a good product with good energy and loaded with Beta Alanine.

Creatine is more cost efficient separate


Test booster wont do anything for you at your age most likely. They dont make you gain muscle anyway. They are more for libido and mood.

Test booster wont do anything for you at your age most likely. They dont make you gain muscle anyway. They are more for libido and mood.

So you're saying white flood reborn will help me gain faster then bullnox, and it would be better too take the creatines separate? I am going too look into it thanks for some help. Maybe get a free sample or two. Haha

Couple of options:

Smooth energy, no crash, and a nice boost to endurance with ErgoPump

Or more intense energy with a gang of other goodies in Pre-Jymp

WFR is legit, 225mg caffeine CM/BA for performance/endurance and L-Norvaline as your pump agent. Not to mention CL is on top of their game when it comes to flavoring.

C4 is a good option that is lower in stimulants (135mg) per serving and provides 1.5g BA for performance and 1g of creatine nitrates which aid your pump/vascularity.

Neon Sports Volt would be another lower stim option (round 100mg per scoop) With BA/CM like WFR but provides Agmatine as its pump agent.

Consider them for a future purchase. Both will be great products.

mtorc1 + 1g of Genomyx agmatine sulfate is such a prime combination on pressing days for me, and for deadlifting days and squatting days, just mtorc1 is great.

I like to switch between multiple different pre-WOs to keep things fresh, so on days where I want a sick pump, I'll opt for Fierce Domination, the best all-around pre-WO on the market IMHO. Effective doses of creatine, beta alanine, agmatine, and more make it a great pre with a great deal of ergogenic benefits.

On days I want killer focus and drive without a pump, I'll sometimes opt for 2 caps of Uncut by AppNut. IIRC, nearly every "unbelievably strong" workout I've had has been when I've used 2 caps of Uncut. I never took OG Craze, but the effects people describe having from Craze are what I experience with Uncut.

How easy reps forget the new rules

My favorites lately have been :

Pump Igniter - 300mg caffeine combo plus multi pump n focus ingredients give you a lot for just 1 scoop

Pyscho- really digged the apple flavor and good from 1-3 scoops as directed

Nano vapor- good energy n focus had some solid workouts using 2-3 scoops

Creavar with or without astravar2.0
Daily dose of creatine plus a solid dose of red beet juice ( high in nitrates) - best tasting supp I ever had

Hemavol - great non stim pre that has a good following
