    Overall Impression: Alright... Upright rows have been incorporated and so far... I still have rotator cuffs. I dropped my hamstring curls and am now thinking about how to get a better leg workout - might have to go to a three day split and finally add squats or something... Not sure yet.

    Workout A:

    Overall Impression: Okay. New bench PR, if you count multiple reps at an old PR as a new PR. Plenty of room before I get stuck on upright rows. Can't quit hit 115 on the overhead press but I suppose that's understandable considering the introduction of those upright rows. Thinking about the pushups and how useful they still are. I really don't want to give them up as I feel that they help a lot aesthetically...

    Overall Impression: New PRs on Bench, Overhead Press, and Upright Row. Woke up at 180 pounds this morning, but some of that is weekend bloat. We shall see. Definitely looking and feeling stronger. I think the upright rows are going to work out just fine for added shoulder/trap development.

    Although my elbows haven't bothered me in a while, whenever they act up I throw on a pair of neoprene sleeves. Seems to keep them warm and happy.

    Overall Impression: Well, I took a step back on overhead press but I managed another half a rep at 185 on bench. Upright rows went pretty well - definitely progressing on them and still haven't gotten close to my 1 or 2 rep max on the opening set. Talking it easy on increases though.

    Overall Impression: Mixed bag. Almost got two reps at 185 on bench. Struggled on max set of overheads... Everything else went about as well as expected. Workouts are getting really long again - 1:45 or so.

I am really looking forward to starting that long slow cut and carving out whatever I have gained. I'm also wondering if I can continue to grow my arms in a deficit.     Overall Impression: It was the last workout before the vasectomy break. It went pretty well - new PRs on SLDLs and Pendlays... In addition... I figured something out... My barbell's knurling is not symmetrical. Yeah. Two and a half years of putting more stress on one side of the body than the other. No wonder my left bicep is better than my right - It has been lifting some of the right side's weight, as well! Anyway, the centering is about three inches off. Time to mark some grips on the bar and see what happens when I start training correctly.

    Thanks, man. I am already hating this break, but the circumstances dictate it being a necessity. I can't wait to finish out the bulk and get lean again!!!

    The vasectomy was a breeze. A little pain now, but ah well. That will fade.
