nope, i tend to avoid the main section a lot
granted, mob mentality veers towards extremes, and is almost unavoidable in a forum setting like this one. but when so many threads end up being about patronizing the OP and making them feel like an idiot (when in a lot of cases they've done nothing to prove they deserve it other than not knowing something) than yeah, i gotta check out. if it was really about being pedagogical (versus the online equivalent puffing out one's chest), alienating the OP is the last thing someone would want to do

Hence why the MMDELAD thread was created. A nice, calm discussion of nutrition topics, backed by scientific journals.

well if you can, i'll just say that as a collective, a lot of the Nutrition section, well, can't.
again, painting with broad strokes here. obv not everyone in LF gives bad advice, not everyone in supps is looking for the magic pill or looking to make a quick buck, not everyone in misc is a human pustule, not everyone in the nutrition section has a god complex, etc.
if i had to name two the most quality sections in this forum though, it'd have be FBB and Ov35.

Good afternoon.
I am not familiar with Michigan at all, but I always say do something uniqiue to your location.
For example, me and my girlfriend have both been itching to do a nice bike/horse and buggy ride through scenic bethlehem,pa. That seems like fun.
Always a safe bet."Learn from Yesterday, Live for Today, Hope for Tomorrow"

Not at all. It is just a whey protein, no blend of casein (which is what usually makes them grainy). It is probably about the thickest shake I have ever had through. I mixed it with 8oz of 2% milk, and it was like drinking a milkshake. If you have ever tried Myofusion, it is thicker than that. I want to see how it tastes/mixes with water, as it may have a different result.
Given how good it tastes, I may pick up a tub of vanilla while it is on sale. (Currently 20% off here, and then use a 10% off coupon brings a 5lb container down to about $35).There is no spoon.

Do people actually say I love you on the third date and mean it? Even if I feel strongly for someone immediately, that's not a word that I think should be taken lightly. You may feel as though it could become love, but your third date?
Casey, do you have a date planned and just want something special to do? If so, don't. IMO, no reason to force special things. If you think of something or it happens in the moment, then do it. But some of the best times are those where it is completely normal. If you're looking for a date idea, then I don't know what you have around you since I think you said it's a pretty small town.

I like the idea, I'm the same way...I always like to do something that you may not be able to do somewhere else.
Previous two dates have been relatively relaxing/intimate...so I'm thinking about switching it up this time and possibly going on a late evening snowmobile tour around the local area and packing a quick/snack picnic for us.
Just curious to see some other suggestions though.
Nope, it'll be a long time before those words are said...well I guess I don't know for sure as far as time...but they are never said unless absolutely sure.
Nothing real specific, a couple of ideas, just curious to see what others had in mind.
I'm always a "something special" type of person I guess, I just don't enjoy "typical" dates/evenings, but every now and again an evening just relaxing together isn't too bad.
Unfortunately options are pretty limited in the area with there not being any real places of entertainment...movie theatre, couple of restaurants, and a roller rink...that's about it.
So most dates/nights out have to be something creative.USMC (2009-2013)

This may sound cliche, but what part of her personality do you like?
For example my girlfriend (and me too) are basically kids at heart and like watching animated movies and such (despicable me 2, frozen)...maybe try that...a movie that isn't the most common?
Sometimes a nice double date is good too / going out to a bar with her.

I realize there is a difference between saying you love someone and actually meaning it. I would question Casey if he had told her he loved her, because how can you know if you truly love someone after only three dates?
Just curious that's all.- Your mindset influences your outcome.
