@Lee, That's kind of why I am curious about keto for myself. Being carb dependent never settled well in my mind. As for lifestyle, how do you deal with it day to day and socially? I know you don't go out much during the week and all but what if your girl friend comes over for dinner and prefers a higher carb meal, or something along the lines? Someone should never sacrifice they're social life, especially in a relationship, for their diet. (IMO)
Of course there is always going to be some form of compromise, but I'd be damned the day I tell my girlfriend "Sorry, but I can't eat that tonight" or "I know you were wanting this, but I'm making something different for dinner"...�USMC (2009-2013) �
