Should I switch to Kelei's routine? [REPS]

Currently on http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/the-m...rkout-routine/ because I thought it had a pretty good balance.

Thinking about switching to Kelei's because it's pretty different and looks fun.
The only thing I don't realy like about Kelei's is that it looks like you're supposed to do BB bench OR DB bench, and I like doing both.

    What do you guys think?

If your bored of your current routine and/or not progressing then change, if your progressing nicely, gaining muscle and strength then there's not much need to change routines, there will be plenty of time to change your routine in the future when your gains start to slow down

Kelei's would prove vastly superior for muscle gains, so if that's what you're seeking, look no further. I did the program prior to revision (3 way split, 6 days a week total) and nothing has worked so well for hypertrophy (so far).

Note: It's close to rest-pause, so very hard work unless you're used to it, and Kelei's advice regarding diet (and the rest) is definitely worth taking on board. He knows his stuff.

If your love for benching is the only thing holding you back, you can try doing them both. Say you're starting with 40 reps total, you can do 20 reps of BB bench and 20 of DB bench. Overall volume and frequency are far more important than the selection of exercises.

Like what the others have hinted towards here, it could be a smart/good thing to change to that program for a little while if you're getting bored and/or losing motivation on your current setup. If you're set on trying that program, do it for a couple of months and see whether you like it or not, and then eventually continue with it, go back to you old program or find another program you want to continue on with.

    Good luck,

If you prefer Kelei's routine, than do that instead, if you want to do both the bb bench and db bench, then do both, simple, problem solved

Yea that sounds pretty solid, I thought the post said 30 reps total though? I guess 40 would make more sense if I'm going 4 days a week though
