Notes: today was pretty intense. 5 sets of 13-15 reps on every exercise w/ 90 sec rest b/w sets. Really liking this program.
Might die tomorrow. 5 sets of 13-15 rep squats w/ 90 sec rest? JFC

Notes: DB Press - should've went slightly lighter to get more reps but solid nonetheless. Squats - nearly died. Immediately I had to start digging deep. Getting my squat up is ALWAYS a fight. More reps, nonetheless. I guess I'll just keep on keeping on
Also, did curls instead of abs so I could stare at yet another thick, tight, solid hottie. Doing abs doesn't make the females mire.
