I prefer to mix my protein with milk, but as I want to consume it immidiately after workout, I have to mix it with the milk before workout, then leaving in my bag for the 1,5 hours I train, then drink it afterwards. Now, there's nothing wrong with the taste or temperature when doing this, but I was wondering: does leaving my milkmixed protein in room-temperature for 1,5 hours deteriorate it in anyway? The protein doesn't lose any of its effect?

It won't deteriorate, but how do you plan on keeping it cold? Room temperature milk after 1.5 hours is gross.

When I get home I immediately start preparing my dinner, so that's 300-450 grams of chicken (300 g is 10,5 ounces), and 125 grams of rice. I also drink high protein milk with my post WO meal. The chicken is 22 grams of protein per 100 gram, so that's borderline 90 grams of protein if I eat 400 grams. Also, the high protein is 50 grams of protein per liter

the simply answer is no. but you need to watch the temperature in the room if it gets to hot it can spoil the milk and ruin the shake. if you like to use milk and still feel unsure about mixing your protein first. you can bring the protein in alittle container and mix then or there are new smart shakers with a twistable lid on the bottom for storing dry protein this is also very handy

I take mine to work and mix it right before I drink it. I keep my milk in a separate, 1 cup size waterproof cheapo rubbermaid container on an ice pack in my lunch box (actually 2 shakes per day). I can't stand protein mixed up that long before drinking it, it seems to take on a thick nasty consistency that I don't want to form until it's in my body. I suggest the container/ice pack combo for best results.
Also, the "I must consume protein seconds within completing my workout" myth is just that from what I've seen when I did my research. There is no real need to digest a shake that fast after working out.

Bro the anabolic window is bull****. Take it when you get home. The answer is no it will not be broken down or less effective in any way but just the thought of a 1.5 hour protein shake chugged down after a workout makes me sick to my stomach. If you still insist go with a muscle milk bro. Portable and still tastes great at room temp.
