What are you doing for cardio or your core?
I like your routine for the most part.
Is there a reason you're doing db dead lift?
    (To clarify: rather than barbell)

cardio nothing, core just 2 times a week, I don't believe in training abs everyday, if I'm doing 2 times i get sore, when I'm gonna cut I start doing abs 3 times a week + cardio.
my gym doesn't allow the dropping of the BB, what I mostly do when I try heavy, so doing some with dumbells and don't let them touch the ground.

I agree with what you say.
I usually do weighted ab work. Seems to be more effective.
I usually have one time of full out. Then another of one or two brief excerises to it.
Then the rest days are either in direct or none..
And I could see where some idiot probably caused your gym to come up with that rule
