Hi, first my goal is to bulk up but keep and also bring down my body fat % a bit. Currently I am taking the following:
Sports GNC multivitamin
Protein: muscletech nitro tech
Aminos: amino build from muscletech
I am thinking on throwing in karbolic so any thoughts will be appreciated.

I took the original Pro Supps Pure Kaybolyn, which is the old version of the supplement. I like it but I really don't see a need for it unless you are doing extended training and want to drink it intra-workout. It could be beneficial if you are doing some type of endurance training. It could also be taken pre-workout as a pump product, but a simple bowl of oats would do the same.

I wouldn't waste money on it unless you have all your bases covered and just feel like buying something. Fish oil, Creatine monohydrate, beta alanine or a pre workout with beta alanine all seem like they would be better investments.

"I don't believe in following any one training style. I couldn't tell what DC or H.I.T. or FST-7 entail. I have no clue and really don't give a ****. I go to the gym to train hard. I don't need to follow a ****ing "program" to do that." - Evan Centopani

I've done this many times myself, Karbolic is honestly a fantastic carbohydrate source. Very fast absorbing, great pump, and unlike many cheaper carb products, no stomach bloat. As said above, make sure to get the rest of your basics covered first, and get your diet on point. Then, once those are all set, I would say this would be a good addition onto a bulking stack of product
