    Muscle pharm assault for 15 and a half year old

    Hi I'm 15 and a half and i have muscle pharm assault. Would it affect my growth in any way (muscle, height) if i used a half scoop once a week?

    Being that your 15 I wouldn't recommend any pre workout. You aren't going to gain any muscle from it and you should have enough motivation without it IMO.

    Muscle Pharm products are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. With that being said, and as many have already noted in this thread, at your age all you need to worry about is developing the basics. Solid eating habits, good form on compound lifts, and a good solid program allowing you to grow, heal, and recover adequately. You are young. Don't over complicate things. Stick to the basics of exercise and you will be fine.

    yes at 15 and half years you must understand your organs are still growing and overloading woth supplements can cause lasting damage and at such a young I don't feel you need this product. you should just focus on the workouts and worry about supps later in your life

    i agree with the focus on proper training and diet, you body should be able to keep up with whatever you put in it (foods) at your age. bulk up and then lean out man

    wish i would have started at your age!!!!!

    since you are under 18, we cannot, or should not recommend you any supplement. Unless it is something for general health, such as a common multivitamin or fish oil.
    Contrary to popular belief, I dont actually bench 900lbs, as stated in my username.

    Supplement Stack:
