Hi I'm 15 and a half and i have muscle pharm assault. Would it affect my growth in any way (muscle, height) if i used a half scoop once a week?

Muscle Pharm products are not intended for anyone under the age of 18. With that being said, and as many have already noted in this thread, at your age all you need to worry about is developing the basics. Solid eating habits, good form on compound lifts, and a good solid program allowing you to grow, heal, and recover adequately. You are young. Don't over complicate things. Stick to the basics of exercise and you will be fine.

thats exactly what i was thinking
so if you drink those drinks like water, then go ahead and use the supplements lol
i agree with the focus on proper training and diet, you body should be able to keep up with whatever you put in it (foods) at your age. bulk up and then lean out man
wish i would have started at your age!!!!!

since you are under 18, we cannot, or should not recommend you any supplement. Unless it is something for general health, such as a common multivitamin or fish oil.
