    Fat Burners?

Anybody have any good experiences with fat burners? I feel like I'm stuck where I'm at and need some sort of boost to get me going again for dropping my BF%. I do lift 5 times a week and do cardio 3 times. My diet is high protein low carb (Only do carbs post workout). I've talked to trainers and had them check out what I eat and they've told me I'm pretty spot on....

So....my question is, has anyone had any good experience with a specific fat burner?

You say your diet is high protein low carb, do you know how much below your body's maintenance you should be eating? You could try adjusting that and sometimes it will help out

Whats your fats like? you want to keep it around 60-70g to keep your test production at its peak. As for Fatburners ive tried a fair few, Oxy elite pro (old formula), Oxyshred, Albuterex, Lecheek Nutrition Pyro.

Most "legal" fatburners just have a high stimulant composition which ends up being similar to dosing high on coffee or caffeine tabs. Some have stuff like yohimbime in it and stuff but its pretty hard to say how well they work. For me it just gave me better concentration. Hope it helps

If your diet and nutrition, training and sleep schedule is top notch, a fat burner might help you with your energy levels and appetite suppression. Ripped Juice EX2 is a solid choice providing clean energy with no crash, appetite suppression and mood enhancement. Another one that I personally like is Super HD by Cellucor. Kicks in pretty quick and the energy is amazing.
For those that love to train!

Op, fat burners can definitly help out with suppressing your appetite and provide energy. I would only consume one towards the end of my cut.

With that being said I've had great success with velocity xt 2.0. The biggest highlight for me was the appetite supression and the 150 mg of caffeine provides a nice boost as well. I've also enjoyed controlled red acid reborn. Great for energy.

I'd probably put a bit more effort into specifically tracking the calories you are consuming vs. the calories you are burning, sometimes these numbers may not match up the way you want them to (and thus you reach plateaus in weight/fat loss)

As for products to help, ErgoShred will be great for some appetite suppression, smooth energy, and mood enhancement. If you like something with a bit more potent of a stim kick, hydroxycut hardcore is a good choice as well.
