Would these be considered safe and okay to consume maybe 2 or 3 times a week? I'm talking namely about the zero ultra ones which have no sugar. Are they dangerous to drink or are they okay?

I don't see why not if your using them in moderation, can tolerate the caffeine content, and following the label directions then yes they are safe.

2-3 times a week shouldn't be an issue at all.
I know people that drink 2 a day.Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.

I'm pretty sure on the label it says no more than 3 a day. So, 2-3 a wweek should be fine.

Deffo ok to drink. I drink energy drinks all the time and if your having zero versiins they are even ok for diabetics. The caffeine is still high.. but similar amount to coffee.. and people dont worry about drinking that!!

Its fine, they mostly get a bad rep from someone extremely unhealthy drinks 100oz of them in 1hr or something crazy haha.

Alright thanks guys they make my heart speed up a little bit but I guess that's the norm since it has caffeine in it..glad to know they're safe for consumption
