Coming back from a lot of front and back hip pain.The workouts were good till the leg day.
On Leg day I did Lunges and Single leg RDL and during RDL i noticed that the hip of working leg was going out so, surely the upper leg and lower leg were not in straight line.
And then came back the pain in the front hip and also to the side.
While everywhere I have found information about knee cave in and that legs should be in straight line. But not much on my problem.
Please share any info that you might have on correcting this problem.
Also, in the mean time would it be alright if i just to DLs and Box Squats for my legs, without any single leg or machine exercises?
