Rest day - 4 days out
Took a progress pic as I've done a bulk and cut since my last fight. No pump. Gym or penis
I'm pretty sure I've added a bit of lean mass. My legs in particular have come back up along with my squat numbers. I'm gonna do a 10lb bulk, maintainence period, 10lb cut again for Nov's meet and compare photos then as well.
I've had a shocker today. I've spent the last week watching the weather, waiting for a break in the rain so I can get away on the Honda CBR. Anyway, I left today for a long ride to Devon, and after an hour or so it starts pi**ing down. FML. I didn't know what to do. I stopped for a coffee at a service station, had a think, and long story short, I've come to a hotel and spa resort for a nice meal, some gym, swim and massage. Fu**ing random.Powerlifter 160/100/195/455kg @ 91.55

Ken Mate. Looking joocy. Proper solid physique you have there. Quadzillad up to the max.
Started raining here 2pm Monday. Not a single let up since. I got smalls needing hanging out.
BTW. Before I read the bottom of the photo. I was thinking.

Lol @ Ken. Thanks Leigh. You need to get a clothes horse. You can dry your smalls on them, they don't need feeding and they don't sh*t on the carpet either. Best pet ever.
Thank you Andrew. Yeah, I put a lot of thought into training the Vastus Medialis Oblique. Joke, I didn't even know what it was til now I think there'll be some noticeable physique gains on Sheiko. There's so much assistance, and heavy ab work too. Looking forward to the fight!
I'll pm you nudes

Hill Sprints (conditioning) - 2 days out
I stayed in the countryside in Devon last night. Woke up at 5.45am to run some hills. 3x2min rounds but the wind was so cold that I got ear ache, then my heart started pounding too hard like I'd winded myself, my throat was hurting and I skipped the last 25 secs. Not the best way to finish training for the fight on Sunday. Maybe I'll do some light shadow boxing tomorrow.

Nice wheels man all that hard work is paying off in a big way. Next fight just step into the ring and flex your quads, I am pretty sure your opponent will forfeit the match.

5:45 in the morning in Devon and running up hillsides ... serious risk of a gang-rape from sheep
I suppose it made you run faster though
Some of that white powder might help
Good luck with the match Michael. Hoping we get to see some vid

Haha, this happened.
Lol. You are well too excited! Top girlfriend you have there man.
Thanks Musid!
Ha, the sheep are the most dangerous thing about devon! Everyone is very nice and friendly. The white powder as a pre workout works out quite expensive so I had to knock that on the head
Thanks buddy. Good to see you
I didn't get my face bashed in. My opponent was probably in his 50s, the standard of the competiton had been poor, and the team were just fitter and better than their guys, so they pulled it. It's a shame, but maybe for the best. Part of me is mad because boxing is a combat sport. You can't pull out because your opponents are winning too much! But then, you don't wanna see a mismatch either and maybe this guy wasn't up to much.Powerlifter 160/100/195/455kg @ 91.55

That's bad form about the fight .... was yours the first fight scheduled after he pulled? Bummer coming down from the psychological prep for that

Unfortunately not. I'm still 1 & 0.
Exactly. My guy was more experienced than me yet I never got to face him because they thought he'd lose. A bit of a joke really.
Mine was the only fight from the team still to go. I had to watch the other 3 lads celebrating with their trophies, getting pictures taken together etc. I didn't even get on the coach. I just went off drinking in Bournemouth with one of the girls who came to watch and got a hotel.
I remember you saying this when I visited Dartmoor 18 months back. I totally forgot.Powerlifter 160/100/195/455kg @ 91.55

Pausing all bench work for this program unless 8 reps or over. Trying a wider grip too. I moved it in a couple of years back because of my shoulder, but it still gives me grief so I'm trying to build confidence with a wider grip again, while its easy enough.
Already feeling like the form is gonna get seriously dialled in with these weights, which are a lower intensity than I'm used to. It felt really good though. Just shy of 2hrs.Powerlifter 160/100/195/455kg @ 91.55
