    cut or bulk?

    I'll be honest... I really just want a six pack...

    I'm 5'9", 147 lbs, 14-15% BF. For the last 2.5 months I've been doing HIIT 5x a week, and I've gone down from 18% BF to 14.7% BF. But I cannot for the life of me get rid of that little ounce of fat right on my lower abs. Should I keep cutting to burn the fat or start bulking to start adding the muscle I need to gain definition?

    No you are totally right.. my brain is just stuck on lose fat first, then add muscle if abs are the goal...

    exactly. but remember to work abs on your bulk, those muscles need building as well if you want that "pop" look.

    Yea best bet for you would be to slow bulk and gain as much muscle as possible before hitting 20% bf. Or who knows you might be able to gain muscle and cut bf but you gotta bulk either way.

    I'm starting to see ab definition I say cut another 12-15 lbs and youll have your 6 pack
