I'll be honest... I really just want a six pack...
I'm 5'9", 147 lbs, 14-15% BF. For the last 2.5 months I've been doing HIIT 5x a week, and I've gone down from 18% BF to 14.7% BF. But I cannot for the life of me get rid of that little ounce of fat right on my lower abs. Should I keep cutting to burn the fat or start bulking to start adding the muscle I need to gain definition?
