I used to play centre mid. Had a few trials for St Mirrin and Kilmarnock when I was 15-16 but never went any further than that!
Will be lulzy to see how bad my cardio is if I do turn up for a game

Were you doing shoulders? I think I spotted you, although I've never seen you irl so could be mistaken.
I warm up with overhead squat, working my way to grip being shoulder width apart in order to train me to keep my torso more upright.
That being said I could probably do no more than 40kg.

Damn, you must have been pretty good. Play CM currently, but equally adept on the wing.
The cardio side of things is a bit of a shock, get on and think f*ck me how am I going to last. Normally break through that after 10-15 minutes though and get too engrossed to notice.
Is great fun playing with your bros in 11-aside. Shouldn't be hard to find a low sunday league team and get into the first team.
Can confirm. Still wears a few tops from his natty days to.my skin has literally never seen the light of day.

there was a massive thread on protein powders where someone got a bunch of brands tested out
I think out of the premium brands Myofusion was the one with an abysmal protein content, no where near what they were claiming.
