This is my favorite quote
"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever"
I have been a bber for 2 years. I train 5x per week. Average workout is 1.5 to 2 hours. I focus on 1 muscle group per day. I am at 218 and I am 5.5 height. BF is uncertain.
Diet is very clean and eat 6 meal a day with high protein and carbs less than 100.
My goals are just recomp. I have the mass I need and cutting is occurring daily.
I am also a RN student..so I would love to see if this help with hitting the books and my long 12 hour hospital rotations.

Favorite Quote: "Whether you think you can or can't, you're right"
Best pump up song: Get your weight up
I train every other day after a mind numbing day at work. All compound lifts for 5 reps or less, except for a set of curls. I work out in my basement with nothing me the weights and my headphones. I don't stop when I'm tired, I stop when I'm done. Sometimes that takes extra motivation if I'm not feeling well or if I still have to get work done around the house that I'm fixing up. Thanks for the opportunity."Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear."

My favorite quote is "I am going to be the strongest version of myself" -Elliott Hulse
I have been studying various martial arts since I was 7 years old. I work 40 hours per week, I am going to college for a Bachelor's Degree in electronics engineering and communication. My goals for working out are to lift as much as I can, as many times as I can, as safely as I can. Meanwhile maintaining flexibility, agility, and structural integrity. In life, I want to be successful in my field of study and have a fulfilling career that serves humanity while providing a comfortable life for my wife and daughter. To keep a steady and calm mindset is important for a busy man like myself.
I would love to try it and give a review on it.

Some of the best motivation comes from proving doubters and naysayers wrong.
I would be a good logger because I plan on taking the Medical College Admission Test(MCAT) on May 8th and next week I will be starting a 3 month MCAT preparation class. I am also taking college classes and will be volunteering at a hospital so "Mind Set" could help keep me sharp in the evenings during these 3 hour classes as well as late night workouts.
I've been working out for over 4 years and lift 5x/week which can make my schedule quite hectic at times. I plan on bulking for another month and hitting a 325 squat, 275 bench, and 420 deadlift. Then I plan on seeing how shredded I can get in the next 6 weeks for the BB.com 100K Challenge while maintaining as much strength as possible.
This product could give me a much needed boost during those times that I am physically as well as mentally exhausted.Last edited by ChosenBrah; 01-22-2014 at 09:23 PM.

Best quote ever:
"The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. " - Henry Rollins
That quote makes me wanna lift anytime I read it. It is something to live by.
I listen to any kind of hard core rap and that really gets me in the zone to throw up the extra weight.
Mindset has got me very curious. It is hard to get that focus you need with a long day of work/school and the approach you his have taken to ridding all the nonsense and getting down and ready for the gym. Id really like the opportunity to log this for you.
My training history consists of about 8-9 years. Was a high school and college athlete and now just train for the love of fitness. I am a student nurse, trainer, and gymrat. And I think that this would fit great into my current training regiment of about 6 days a week of strength training, usually 3 days of circuits, and cardio thrown in here and there. Training for my first show currently and I think that this will really help me in my cutting and just staying focused to achieving my goal.
Thanks for the opportunity!
