    losing weight too quickly

    I've been cutting for 3 weeks now and the first 2 weeks I lost 7 lbs. Fine I figured some of it was water weight so this past week I lost 2.6 lbs I'm 5'10" 197.0 lbs. I've been cutting on a 2100 calorie average for the past week. My macros are 210g protein 60g fat and 165g carbs. I work on my feet all day and go.to the gym 4-5 times a week. I haven't noticed any loss in muscle. But I don't want to lose any long term either.

    I'm currently around 20% bf as well

    1st month loss is rapid mostly water and some fat. It'll slow down. I've lost 36 pounds in 24 weeks. 31 fat and 5 lbm. If you hit gym hard, you shouldn't lose much lbm

    Thanks. I was thinking that 2100 calories a day was a good. I do cardio 4-5 days a week as well for around 30-40 minutes. Usually on the treadmill. Im getting ready for a 5k in spring.

    The other thing I was curious about was what if I were to eat 2200 calories on my workout days and 1900 on my non workout days. over the course of the week that would average out to 2114 calories a week. I just always feel much hungrier on my workout days with all the cardio
