I've been cutting for 3 weeks now and the first 2 weeks I lost 7 lbs. Fine I figured some of it was water weight so this past week I lost 2.6 lbs I'm 5'10" 197.0 lbs. I've been cutting on a 2100 calorie average for the past week. My macros are 210g protein 60g fat and 165g carbs. I work on my feet all day and go.to the gym 4-5 times a week. I haven't noticed any loss in muscle. But I don't want to lose any long term either.
I'm currently around 20% bf as well
