    So I can cut out carbs all together and replace with fats and protein?

    FYI: that is functionally impossible to do as you would have to avoid all fruit, all vegetables, all nuts, all seeds and even eggs and virtually all dairy products.

    Ignoring Keto as I don't think you know/want to do that... why would you want to avoid all carbs and replace with protein?

    If you get an ample enough amount as shown above then why not add veggies as they're good, fill you up and give you plenty of micronutrients!
