Got back to bodyweight pullups this week and did 16 on Tuesday and 32 today. I feel like a well-oiled machine on those.

    DAY 90!

My last day as a Juggernaut logger although I will be visiting the motivating Jugger buddies I made on here. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and wish everyone luck in getting that coveted title of "I am Juggernaut '14."

I will post a final pic and review within the next few days; a bad cold has my brain fogged right now and I'm not looking so hot.

I wanted to also post a vid of a strict curl which I will be setting the state record in whenever I find a comp this summer. Was my first try and I will have to say would be the easiest of the lifts in powerlifting competition. In which lift do u get to rest against the wall?

My reflections on my I am Juggernaut 2014 experience

First off thank u to Jordansrt for inviting me on this journey. I always enjoy being part of a community cheering each other on to a better body and lifestyle. Weight training is the ultimate in attaining your best body and building confidence.

My goals were probably a bit different from most in gaining and not losing weight. Was looking to achieve more muscle and strength. I did gain 7 pounds but have dropped a few to get within the 123.5 weight division for powerlifting competition. Prepping for competition was also a goal and I am ready to hit the road and break some records.

Counted 18 PRs during my logs and have to say part of the credit goes to Juggernaut HP. I need that extra zip and focus to get a big start on those powerlifting movements, especially bench. Starting my powerlifting career at the same time as this challenge was a great mix because JHP got me off to a great start.

Thanks and good luck to all the Jugger buddies I made during this competition. Truly enjoyed and benefitted from the motivation many of u gave me and I often was in awe of the obstacles u overcame to get in those workouts. I will continue to follow and give u a good kick in the butt and a "way to go!"

I wanted to also post a vid of a strict curl which I will be setting the state record in whenever I find a comp this summer. Was my first try and I will have to say would be the easiest of the lifts in powerlifting competition. In which lift do u get to rest against the wall?

Ding..ding..ding! Let's get ready to review!

    Juggernaut HP
FOCUS 9: this is the highlight of the product and provided a big benefit for me. Since starting PL recently, I needed to have that clear head and drive to increase my weights and JHP gave me that.

STRENGTH 8.8: starting PL at almost 60 was prob crazy but it's all about strength and I progressed steadily with this product. I had a total of 18 PRs with JHP so that speaks for itself.

STAMINA 9: right up there with focus on being a huge benefit. Many workouts I was able to break on through for a PR when I wasn't sure if I had it in me. My workouts are usually 1:45-2 hours long and that I was able to make it through those while doing heavy lifts speaks volumes about the product.

PUMP 6.5: I realize this is not a pump product; however when I lifted hard and heavy, I did feel some pumps and see some vascularity.

TASTE 9: I sampled Pink Lemonade and taste was never an issue, always consistent in yummyness! I rejoiced when I did not experience that acrid bitterness on the first sip like some PWOs have.

    Infinite Force
This BCAA product was especially tasty and I drank it intraworkout; I sampled the Grape. Actually added to the enjoyment of my workouts knowing I could do a set and be rewarded with something that tasted like Kool Aid! I have always used BCAAs because I am not a big eater and especially of amino acid type foods. I credit BCAAs with my strength and muscular development along with pushing the weights.

    Body stats

    Before
    Weight- 126
    Chest- 34.8
    Arms- 12.6
    Hips- 35.75
    Thighs- 21.25
    Forearms- 11
    Calves- 13.3
    Shoulders- 40.25

    After
    Weight- 123
    Chest- 35
    Arms- 12.75
    Hips- 36
    Thighs: 21.5
    Forearms- 11
    Calves- 13.5
    Shoulders- 40.5

    GAINZ were made!!
