    Weird knee pain

So last Saturday I slipped and fell on my right knee. Now whenever I move my leg WITH pants or anything that completely covers my knee and leg it hurts right under the knee cap. On the other hand if I do the same motion or even squats with shorts or if I pull up my knee, the pain is barely there. I've had tendonitis before and was wondering if that was just flaring up. Also it hurts when I touch it under the knee cap. It doesn't hinder me from squatting. Just surprised to see that the pain only happens when my leg is compeltely covered with either pants/sweat pants.

    Any ideas?

I think its a little inflammation that gets aggravated when rubbing. I actually had it just now but mine came from bad squatting, i took a week off squats and today it feels much better. I also used hot water rubs on my knee for a few days and it got tonnes better pretty fast.

But mine is a form problem, since you actually fell on the knees it could be different. Just wait for other useful posts
