    Exclamation soreness won't go away?!?

    so i started working out again after a half year break due to family problems, etc. i went really hard, and started off where i left off of. i worked out Monday and Tuesday, but i still feel ridiculously sore. is something wrong? i can barely move my arms, chest, shoulders

    the first week or so will be result in extreme soreness.
    Just push through it, and the physical weariness will convert to mental
