Hi, this is the first time I'm sharing them here. Hopefully I can be part of the community to inspire some people
This was me when I was 92kg back in early Nov 2011. Waistline was 38".
It took me 3 months to shed 24kg to build my 6 packs. Further cutting took me to 62.5kg, waistline 27.5" in another 3 months for a simple photoshoot (June 2012).
And now, after another year.... Standing at 171cm, 64.5kg, waistline 27"
