It may not directly be a carcinogen but it increases cholinergic signaling which promotes tumor growth.

I'm not saying e-cigs are a bad thing, they're an incredible technological breakthrough for smokers, and I'm glad they exist. But to claim there is 0 harm from them is laughable.
