Hey everyone, for some reason when I workout first thing in the morning my joints feel dry and quite sore during exercises, however when working out at around 10pm my joints feel quite painless and a lot more smooth. Why is this? would I be better off working out at night time for this reason alone? Cheers for suggestions

Same here it's morning and i'm sore as **** but I woke up 2 hours ago, ate , slept 2hours, woke up now, I feel alot more repaired, but I feel If i let the food work in a bit And go around 3pm I'll have a much more intense workout...I'm pretty sure it's answered with this Nap wheel.
