Night Time workout better for joints???

Hey everyone, for some reason when I workout first thing in the morning my joints feel dry and quite sore during exercises, however when working out at around 10pm my joints feel quite painless and a lot more smooth. Why is this? would I be better off working out at night time for this reason alone? Cheers for suggestions

Thanks for the reply. My diet is the exact same for both morning and night workouts. It's just that during morning workouts my joints hurt more than night workouts. Maybe my joints are warmed up during the day?

Same here it's morning and i'm sore as **** but I woke up 2 hours ago, ate , slept 2hours, woke up now, I feel alot more repaired, but I feel If i let the food work in a bit And go around 3pm I'll have a much more intense workout...I'm pretty sure it's answered with this Nap wheel.

Thanks for the reply! I just don't feel focused in the mornings and feel as though i have a better workout anywhere from the afternoon to night times mainly because my joints feel more relaxed so I can focus on hitting the muscle group.
