This is my last end of cutting stage. I always like to try and stay within 5kg of this bodyfat so when I rip up I can get really lean and don't have to diet down for to long and therefore lose muscle. Of course you have to put on some fat to put on muscle but I do not see the point on putting on a heap of fat just to try and gain size. Slow and steady wins the race!!! Who else here shares my view??

I always believe in staying lean, sub 10 for all seasons, 365 days Adding mass without adding much fat gotta be slow, more of a body recomposition. Always gotta assure mass-fat ratio is HIGH. Good job brah, keep it up!

Thanks guys, I been working out for about 14 years and have always been natural. I absolutely love it and love staying in shape. If I can put on .5kg in a year I am wrapt. My diet contains lots of vegetables, about 200-230 grams of protein and then fairly low fats (usually nuts, egg yolks, coconut oil, fish, fish oils, etc). With carbs I mainly stick to brown rice and when getting ripped I keep most of my carbs to pre and post workout. The rest of my meals are usually fats, vegies and protein. Here are a couple of comp pics of me

Hey mate, I have placed in every competition I have done except one. My best place ever was 3rd in my category in Mr Australia (INBA) Natural a few years ago. Thanks for the compliments

Hey Paul, I started training at 17, I am 32 now. Been training consistently since 17. Its a long process mate but worth it.

Jelly. The closest I've ever been was around 10% bodyfat, water and carb depleted, and still not close to how good you look. Your proportions are great.
However, do you look very small when you wear M/L non compression/fitted shirts? (not sure if Aus sizes are the same as USA.)Arsenal F.C / San Antonio Spurs
