Dang it! Dang it! Dang it!
My dang belly button is popping out!!!!! It's been working it's way out for a while now. It's just the top part & hasn't been to bad, I've only not been able to do reverse crunches (which I love). Wed. after eating dinner it was burning & itching and is sticking out more.
Does anyone know an aprox. lay up time for a repair job?
I've been doing so good & just changed up my workouts and am on a mission. I hate to have to start over again. We all know how fast it melts away.
