Whelp, the pics are what they are I guess. Not posting, just linking them temporarily instead like last time.
Summary
Starting: 111.8 lbs
Ending: (will add later - I forgot to weigh myself this morning. Probably ~112)
Program: ICF 5x5
The Plan: Cut until 2/28; then lean bulk until end of March. Start cutting again in April.
How it went: I ended my February cut about two weeks early. I wasn't losing, so I thought I might as well switch. I mini-bulked for about 7 weeks and gained 3-4 lbs. I started my new cut on 4/1 at 114.8 lbs. Still doing ICF.
Results: Meh, a little progress here and there, but I think I look pretty much the same, or I have more fat in certain areas. Oh well, I'll just keep truckin' on.

Well since im part of the group now I guess Ill post pics tomorrow. I kind of want to see where you all think my bodyfat percentage is and if you think me cutting down to 120.0 would be ok. Because I want to be prepared to maintain there so I can get in a handicap bench press competition in the 115. something pound class. How much longer is this thread supposed to go?

Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Took some pics today. Had an unplanned refeed yesterday (burger, fries, ribs, peach pie, and chocolate marshmallow maties ) and also wasn't able to hit the gym today since it close so early on weekends. Oh well, figured I'd get it out of the way. I'm happy with the changes, still have work to do. Calves need more work and need to lose a bit more fat / gain a little 'mo muscle.
*took my face out of some of the after pics 'cause I just woke up and the camera wasn't too flattering lol...

I've been messing around for a good month, these pics make me realize it's time to get serious again, finish up this cut, and get to fixing the weak points. Thank you too! You're looking great as well! Girlie, if I took a month break and ate all the delicious food you've had, I definitely would not look as good as you. That's for sure. Summer is coming. (Hehe) We're gonna make it into those bikinis!

This was January 17th at 161.4 lbs. I continued my bulk until about February 15th and ended up at 168.4.
This is today weighing in at 154.8 lbs. Down 14 lbs in almost 8 weeks.
I'm fine with that rate considering:
1. I have refused to stop eating my bagel with cream cheese and 1 or 2 cookies every morning.
2. I have been eating full fat ice cream every night and have been participating in a ice cream and gelato cleanse for the last 20 days.
3. I have done 2 cardio sessions totaling a whopping 20 whole minutes.
4. I have been eating more pizza than ever.
Today at 154.8. Sorry for the terrible pictures. Someone decided to be mad at me this morning and asking her to take pictures of me would not have been smart. I hope to be beach by mid June. My chest is fat is the last place to go.
