    EAS Complete Protein Reviews?

    I bought a tub of EAS Complete protein from wal mart the other day because it was relatively cheap and I'm a pretty cheap dude. The price sticker said that it was a new product so I decided to try it.

    I can't seem to find any reviews or stickies where anybody talks about it though. It must be a lot newer than I thought.

    Has anybody used this product before and have any opinions about it? What are your opinions on a complete protein powder vs whey post workout?

    EAS isn't big on the various forums.

    By "complete protein" I'm assuming it's a blend. I typically prefer blends, but for the most part protein is protein. One type isn't really going to give you better results than another. Protein powders are a convenient means of hitting your macros not a magical powder, so a protein shake post work out is not a necessity.

    Personal preference mostly...I'm sure someone can explain the benefits of MPC & Soy Protein Isolate vs. Whey Protein or Whey Isolate much better than I can, but I think they're way better options out there (even where you're shopping).

    I bought some awhile ago due to budget reasons. I noticed it had 26g of sugar in it so I switched to something else soon after. Every time I look at it again it has less, so maybe I picked up some weird version or something.

    Wow, 26 is unreal. It only has 7g now which is still a little more than I'd like.
