Went 405/325/420 at my last meet for 1150. Probably had another 20-25lbs on both my squat and DL, based on the videos. 325 was a grinder on bench.

Also, strict standing OHP'ed 225 X 1, 185 X 7 this week. I'm coming for ya brah.

your upper body strength is much stronger than mine. We have the same max bench, but your ohp is miles ahead of mine. Sounds like deads are your kryptonite.

Yeah. Nothing too serious right now. 2-3 days while I balance my schedule. When I'm done with being skinny I'm gonna come back hard as fuk. Maybe channel my inner Lance Armstrong.

That's the plan for 2017.

Gonna be at a 500lb squat soon (easy 425 x 2 and 460 x 1 today). Can also triple 315 now without even being on a peaking program.

By June I bet I'm at 525/365/525

UPDATE!!!!

I began to cut around Summer of last year. Got on Keto and got down to 172 at my lightest. Got in a car accident that limited my lifting capabilities for a few months, but the whiplash is completely gone now. Started starting strength a few months ago to try and quickly get back up to higher numbers.

My best lifts recently have been 250*3*5, 375*3*5, and 420*5. I stopped cutting about 2 months ago, and didn't pay mind to a diet. Got up to about 185lbs. Squats have been the easiest to get back, but deads have been tricky along with bench to a lesser extent.

I am currently in full bulk mode at 192lbs, and on a simple routing MWF. Nothing crazy, just want to catch up to my previous self as quickly as possible, and then surpass it. I will be at my strongest this year.

If everything goes well, I may don the singlet once again.

Also, since Saturday of last week, I have undergone super training. The gains will flow like water.

A good session. My arms were dead and tendonitis attempted to stop me, but i managed to hold it together. Will have to up the weight on the leg machine next time. Note to rest up for Friday's squats.
