My DL just always sucks.
Went 405/325/420 at my last meet for 1150. Probably had another 20-25lbs on both my squat and DL, based on the videos. 325 was a grinder on bench.
Also, strict standing OHP'ed 225 X 1, 185 X 7 this week. I'm coming for ya brah.480s / 370b / 495d / 235 x 2 SOHP

UPDATE!!!!
I began to cut around Summer of last year. Got on Keto and got down to 172 at my lightest. Got in a car accident that limited my lifting capabilities for a few months, but the whiplash is completely gone now. Started starting strength a few months ago to try and quickly get back up to higher numbers.
My best lifts recently have been 250*3*5, 375*3*5, and 420*5. I stopped cutting about 2 months ago, and didn't pay mind to a diet. Got up to about 185lbs. Squats have been the easiest to get back, but deads have been tricky along with bench to a lesser extent.
I am currently in full bulk mode at 192lbs, and on a simple routing MWF. Nothing crazy, just want to catch up to my previous self as quickly as possible, and then surpass it. I will be at my strongest this year.
If everything goes well, I may don the singlet once again.
Also, since Saturday of last week, I have undergone super training. The gains will flow like water.
