Yea i took a cycle and i don't have any complants... BUT take the amount it says to take don't go over too much i made that mistake and i wasn't feeling so hot... But i went from first sememster benching 150 6 times and second semester im benching 205 5 times or more but i was also taking creatine and of course drinking protein like it's my job... my weight also went from 150 to 170 and my body fat is only 7%. But im not sure if it raises your estrogen.. look into that and let me know! lol i would like to know too!
