    Back/triceps for Tuesday 3-1-14, Need to post more did this at night time


    wide grip pulldowns 2x 8+6 (11, 11)
    cable row 2x 8+6 (10,10 stack)+ 11x4
    rack deadlifts 2x 8+6 (120, 125)+ 135x4 felt aweasome I just decided hey my arms will hold the bar just dont let go ...shabam it worked
    incline skull crushers 2x 8+6 (70, 70lb) +60x5 terrible form on second set
    v-bar pulldowns 2x 8+6 (8, 8 stack)+ 9x4 did thema different way felt light
    dip machine 2x 8+6 (130, 135lbs)finally the dip machine is my friend I increased weight didnt feel in my chest it all just fell into place.

    post workout 30 min stairmaster OMG fml. Loved it except d-bag city I had towork out at night since I had the little one early but that meant I had more time to workout, I tell you when ur use to working out at a certain time other time's suck the big one. I had no energy and I could tell I was tired but I wasnt about to go down w/o a fight I mean I've been wanting this for a week. Felt good and increased weight on the deadlifts and the dips...come on keep it up almost done just need to hang in there (hoping weight I'm lifting wont go down since I'm goign to be cutting carbs/cal soon) anyone know does stength go down? I already look like a weakling lifting the weight I am now it'll suck if it goes down too mcuh more

    Good stuff. Keep it up. I dont think you should expect weight to go down much during cutting, I just dont think you will increase weight in your exercises without the caloric surplus your body is used to.

    Incline Bench Press 2x 8+6 (135, 135lb) yea baby both sets Finally a plate each side
    Bench Press 2x 8+6 (135, 135) actually 8+6, 8+4 Plus 2 reps. Failed the on 4th negative so decided to rest pause the rest... wanted to get the weight in
    Incline db fly 2x 8+6 (45, 45lb) + 50x4...wanting to try 50lb db for flies coming up just don't know if I'll be able to get it
    Barbell curl 2x 8+6 (60, 60) or course same weight but still trying to do more
    Seated db hammer curl 2x 8+6 (30, 30lb) + 35x3 of course there was a guy besides me doing the same thing with 50 db's really way to show me up big man
    Concentration curls 2x 8+6 (20, 20lb) slow and steady negatives I like how when I do the 8 reps I think I went to light but then the negatives show ME who's the boss
    Reverse ez curl 2x 8+6 (40, 40lb) oh yea another increase for both sets Glad I tried the 40s instead of just sticking with the 30 second set was rough and kinda sloppy on the form but still got it

    Well today was obviously busy cause afterall I went after work so everyone in cr is at the gym at 915am but still pushed it hard. I'm excited and glad I haven't felt like "going through the motions" I feel excited about going to the gym trying to beat my last weeks weight I may not beat it but I'll tell you I put in the effort trying. post workout 26 min stairmaster...bio eating clean and training dirty

    Leg press 2x 8+6(150, 155lbs)+ 160x4 maybe my legs are different or I'm placing them different cause omg these were hard but still went up

    cable row 2x 8+6 (10,10 stack)+ 11x5 with that extra set after hrt I feel it but i wish I could do that weight w/ hrt damnit
    rack deadlifts 2x 8+6 (125, 125)+ 140x4 dang I'm going to either have to use straps or stay here cause I could lift the weight its jsut my grip almost went on both sets but hey increased weight is always good

Really happy with the increase on the weight even with me cutting calories and carbs oh do I like carbs...carbs carbs carbs.......anyways liking the deadlifts I remmeber reading a long time ago not to really use wraps unless you get high into weight cause these will help grip strength but I cant do anymore hrt with that weight. oh well bio ready for more weight eating clean and training dirty

Talked to a guy I haven't seen in awhile and got me motivated again he said if I ever feel like stalling you can do something to confuse the muscle, I like to take advice and maybe I'll try it but so far I want to keep going with the hrt I'm feeling the muscle and I want to hope/see if this gets me to where I want to be, just have to trust the process and eat clean and train hard.

    post workout 10 min stairmaster had to urry home and pick up hayden from babysitter. Very Very tired I dont know why because I'm not sleepy at night but im exhausted during the day I dont know if its because of diet or what but this sux. Glad I moved up on rack deadlifts I'm really liking these and I know I should be doing actual deadlifts but sometime I feel my legs to much. Hoping all this stalling/not moving weight has to do with my diet because I would love to see the gains/strength but overall really happy with hrt sad it's almost over for awhile I will def be doing again or at least incorporating techniques/principles

    Lyling leg curl 2x 8+6 (6,6 stack) yea i went back to 6 cause I wasnt getting all the negatives and I cant swing my leg up lying down so I concentrated on the burn

Just felt very very difficult to finish, no energy whatsoever maybe its the fact I've been more defined with my diet and with lack of sleep it added up I dont know. I just know I hate making excuses and the only person I have to blame is myself I should have focused more got in and kicked some ass oh well I'm not going to let it get me down I'm in this for the whole thing...bio

    OMG SO SAD LAST WEEK OF HRT SOLO

    Chest/biceps 4-5-14

    Bench Press 2x 8+6 (135, 140lb) +140X4
    Incline bench press 2x 8+6 (135, 140LB) decided to push it
    Incline db fly 2x 8+6 (45,45lb) wasnt able to do the 50's for 8+6 but Did extra set +50x6.5
    Barbell curl 2x 8+6 (60,60lb)
    Seated db hammer curl 2x 8+6 (30,30lb)
    Concentration curl 2x 8+6(20,20lb) + 25x4
    Reverse ez curl 2x 8+6 (40,40lb) dang what a burn

    post workout 28 min stairmaster boy was I sweating like a pig, bring it on afterall I'm in hell lol. So sad this will be the last week Ive actually done I think 13 weeks straight through, didnt miss any workouts and ate as good as I could, maybe not enough.

    I'm hoping when I go back to this I'll be able to put on muscle (i've lost weight but that's cause I'm in a deficiet), I mean the original program was designed for gaining ORIGINinal Hellraiser. I'm also hoping that rage aka "the man" will start another contest I would love to hear from the gang that always kicks ass to ask questions just to be with them as we kill our bodies. Still got 2 more sessions and I cant wait....remember eat clean train dirty.

    Keep killin' it man! You will see the muscle gains, I have no doubt, just have to get your body into that mode.

    My biggest challenge is eating right...I try...I do...but I love food...as do we all...lol. If you are eating clean and making sure you get all your nutrient requirements met, don't worry too much about Supps, you can do this on a strict clean food diet.

    I know on the Q&A forums people will help out with Macros to make sure you are meeting your needs and not working in a deficit, unless that is your goal.

    Post out there on the Hellraiser Q&A and ask for macro advice, often times Rage himself will answer with a "PM me and I'll help you out." Deadman and many of the other guys are also great resources too for motivation and Macro help.

    I thought of a couple more things...if you're finishing up...rest...seriously...rest. Take at least a week, better if its at least 2 weeks. Go to the gym, don't break the habit...but do the treadmill/track/elliptical/etc thing. Do some serious stretching...maybe drop in on a yoga class(if that's an option). Swim(again, if that's an option)...this helped me out a lot on my off time. Do NOT push to the extreme for that 2 weeks...HRT takes you to the limit, and once you're done your body needs to rest and recover. Keep it low impact, maintenance exercises, staying in the habit of going to the gym. Continue to eat right, but treat yourself...just a little...because after your 12(13 in your case) weeks in Hell...you deserve a treat or three. Splurge and have a great Burger, or half a pizza...but then get right back to the good stuff.

    Also, if you want to mix it up, I am also a fan of Y3T, Neil Hills program(http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/y3t-...o-trainer.html). I often alternate HRT and Y3T (with an RP-21 thrown in for good measure every now and then), and it seems to work well. Y3T and HRT compliment each other well.

    post workout 25 min stairmaster.....Well this is sad I completel;y look at this as a learning experience...hellraiser training totally kicked my ass, I'm very surprised about the weight which is no joke I mean if you can do hrt with legs ur not human cause the burn...u just cant do anymore reps.
    I'm offically done with 12/13 weeks of hrt and I know I'll be coming back but I'm sure my body needs a break and I'm hoping that some of my lifts went up. I'm surprised how some of my lifts actually on hrt went up either I wasnt pushing myself before or this is just kicks ass. Like I said i've been running with a deficiet so I'm hoping when I come back I'll be able to gain some mass with this, I do miss looking at the forum's seeing people's progress and maybe hopefully seeing some type of competition again...if not that just to ask the pros "veterans". well I hope I havent bothered anyone and hope some laugh/like my progress....as always eat clean and train mean.
