    Deadlift, Squat and Bench

I built my program around intense lifting for the big three lifts and big volume for all other exercises.

Deadlifts, squats and flat bench press are all 4 set of 12,10,8,6 with weights increasing as reps decrease.

All other exercises are 5 set of 20.

Lots of blood in those pumps for the 20 reps.

I've made some decent gains off of this philosophy, please give me your thoughts though.

Am I missing out on gains due to workout approach?

Has anyone else approached their workouts in this fashion?
    -The Hipp Hop Hippopotamus.

    My lyrics are bottomless.
